Ahead of the Game and Feeling Good - Myspace

i've made two videos recently to keep in store for Mondays in the future to always be ahead of the game. i had help from Leslie's cousin, Ryan, and the quality of the video so far is unmatched. i've been playing around a lot with Photoshop as well, and have made some pretty classy logos if i do say so myself, which include the natemalecTV head character which i'm sure i'll be using many times in the near future.

another note, i've joined myspace to help in advertising of my channel and i'm not going to lie, even though the layout is much different than i remember, myspace will always have more creative choices than Facebook. Who knows, when Google+ finally spreads it's wings maybe it'll be the best of both worlds; or the end of all worlds.

New Camera - welcome home Wheatley

bought a new camera today. an upgrade (slightly) to HD 1080p, a JVC hand cam. so far im gonna say it kicks the Sony HandyCam's A$$! i start working midnights soon, i hope that means my body wont be so screwed that i cant think of ideas or have time to film.

I've decided to name the camera Wheatley to go in tandum with my external hard-drive i've named GLaDOS.

life will be good anyway. who knows, with all the down time im sure ill have working midnights i can hopefully write some scripts!

Bus Adventure - Sony Vegas Studio

i was on the bus today for the first time. or was it yesterday. either way, i was on it and had no idea where i was headed. i blindly ended up home though. i havent eaten much today surprisingly, ive been focusing on getting to know some very important video editing suites.


Adobe Premier Elements 9 was the first i tried. i'm still not starting my sentences with capitals, by the way. i refuse. anyway, it was an excellent program though not very good on letting you know how to work its ways, and when it came time to buy it the interweb page for Adobe didn't have it available.

so i found Sony Vegas Studio and wow am i impressed, i was able to not only learn, but execute my every video want with this program. i'm on trial right now and plan on purchasing it (once i get a few good videos out of er' for free first.) Ps. by "out of her" i don't mean that the program is giving birth. or do i?

Brain Plug

racking my brains for ideas i can actually start filming. i'm not going to have a lot of time soon and need story boards to back myself up for when i actually have time to make videos. i ate cinnamon toast crunch this morning, like i did yesterday. my longboard was nice this morning as well but all i can think about it what i can possibly film next. my two doors idea is there, but i don't think its gonna be possible with the resources i have.

ah well. i think i may have thought of something. ill plug away at a story board for now and hopefully it works out!

First Blog

as my first blog entry dedicated to the journey that will become my video espionage, I will state it's importance as a publicly viewed online journal. something I can spread peanut butter on and enjoy with a glass of chocolate milk. i'm typing without capitals at the beginning of my sentences. there must be something wrong with me.

ive currently began my (video) morning with a piece I call, Layers of Happiness. it's a dark tale, riddled with mystery and hinting at a tiny grin that grows in the corner of your mouth when you see a relatively rounded plate of fruit accompanied by fruit dip.

i was helped by my cousin, Jason, and my good friend Garrett. Without either of them it wouldn't be what it is, which may be a good thing. maybe not. who knows. and look at that, there's a capital at the beginning of the sentence starting with "without." fancy.
